verified_userEnd-to-End Encrypted Platform

Your privacy is our paramount concern. Because Asancase facilitates sensitive legal consultations and document sharing, we have engineered our platform to collect the minimum necessary data and protect it with enterprise-grade security.

TL;DR

  • We never sell your personal data.
  • Case files and messages between you and your lawyer are end-to-end encrypted.
  • We only share your data with third parties when necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processors).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request support, or communicate with lawyers.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password.
  • Lawyer Verification Data: CNIC, Bar Council IDs, and professional history (used exclusively for vetting).
  • Financial Data: We do not store full credit card numbers or wallet PINs. Payments are processed securely via JazzCash.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to deliver, maintain, and improve our services, including to:

  • Facilitate the matching and communication between clients and verified lawyers.
  • Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and receipts.
  • Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.

3. Data Security & Encryption

Asancase implements robust security measures to protect your information. All case documents, direct messages, and video consultation metadata are secured using AES-256 encryption. While no digital platform is 100% immune to breaches, our architecture is designed such that Asancase employees cannot access the plaintext contents of your legal communications.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your lawyer: Necessary details are shared with the lawyer you choose to retain.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party vendors for hosting, payment processing, and analytics (which only receive anonymized data).
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, though we will strictly scrutinize any such requests to protect your privacy.

5. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing of your data. You can exercise these rights through your account settings or by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@assancase.com.
