Refund Policy

At Asancase, we aim to provide a transparent and secure payment environment for both clients and legal professionals. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the professional time of our verified counsel is respected.
1. Consultation Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy for scheduled consultations is as follows:
- 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund of the consultation fee, minus a small administrative processing fee (approx. 2%).
- 12-24 Hours Notice: 50% refund of the consultation fee.
- Less than 12 Hours Notice: No refund will be issued as the lawyer has already blocked their professional calendar for your case.
2. Service Retainers
For ongoing legal services or retainers processed through the platform:
- Funds held in escrow for future milestones are 100% refundable if the work has not yet commenced.
- Once a project milestone has been marked as "Completed" and approved by the client, no refunds can be issued for that specific milestone.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided:
You must file a formal dispute through the Asancase Support Center within 48 hours of service delivery. Our arbitration team will review the case communication and logs to determine if a partial or full refund is warranted. Decisions made by the Asancase Arbitration Team are final.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed immediately by our system. However, it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or wallet, depending on the processing speed of JazzCash or your respective bank.
