Service Delivery Policy

Asancase is a purely digital legal intelligence platform. We do not ship physical goods. All legal services, consultations, and documents are delivered digitally through our secure end-to-end encrypted atelier.
1. Delivery of Consultations
Scheduled consultations (Video/Audio/Chat) are "delivered" at the scheduled time within the Asancase Dashboard.
- Access: A secure link is generated 10 minutes before the session.
- Confirmation: Delivery is considered successful once the session has concluded.
2. Document & Brief Delivery
Legal documents, case briefs, and research reports are delivered via the "Secure Ledger" in your client dashboard.
- Timeline: Delivery timelines are established per milestone (e.g., 3-5 business days for a draft).
- Format: All documents are delivered in PDF or protected DOCX formats, fully encrypted.
3. Service Fees & Taxes
All service fees are inclusive of platform commissions. Applicable government taxes (e.g., Sales Tax on Services) are calculated at checkout and included in the final invoice delivered to your registered email address.
4. Geographic Availability
Asancase currently facilitates legal representation across all provinces of Pakistan. Digital delivery is available globally to any client seeking Pakistani legal counsel, provided they have a stable internet connection and access to our encrypted portal.
5. Support & Delays
In the rare event of technical failure or counsel delays, our intelligence support team will mediate to ensure service delivery is completed within an extended 24-hour window or a full credit is issued. Contact support@assancase.com for assistance.
